About Us

Our office is located at 226 S. First Avenue in Historic Downtown Yuma.  Circa 1891, it is commonly referred to as the Norton House.  It was purchased in 1913 by George W. Norton, entrepreneur and visionary.  His illustrious career included politics, mining, engineering and business.  He was the last Territorial Senator and the first State Senator from Yuma County.  After some refurbishing and tender loving care, we are proud to have such a lovely office with such great history.  We are also honored to be able to share our office with prominent attorneys, Shultz & Rollins. Lynn

Since 1973 Lynn has had the privilege of helping many obtain the American Dream of Home Ownership. Lynn is married with two children and four grandsons.  She is a Yuma native, is bilingual and is a published author.  Lynn has enjoyed selling and managing Yuma Real Estate since 1973 and has been an Associate Broker with Arizona’s #1 Real Estate company, Realty Executives, since 1986.  She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institution (GRI) as well as being a consistent member of Realty Executives’ 100% Club.  Lynn has had the privilege of watching Yuma
grow from a small river town to what Realty Times writer Broderick Perkins calls “Arizona’s best kept secret [and] a nice place to call home.” It has been her pleasure to work closely with Heather since 1998.  Together, they look forward to helping you with your Real Estate needs.

Heather

Heather is married with one adorable daughter and came to Yuma by way of Kansas in 1995.  She started working as Lynn’s personal assistant and Office Manager in 1998.  Heather went to Real Estate school in 2001 and became a Licensed REALTOR while attending Northern Arizona University’s School of Business here in Yuma.  She completed her Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Administration in 2002.  Heather has thoroughly enjoyed the last ten years learning from and working with Lynn.
Heather loves her work as a REALTOR and is up for the challenge of helping you reach your goals of home ownership or increasing your Real Estate investment portfolio.
